We welcome contributions that explore how Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) can empower teachers to engage with contemporary global challenges through innovative, interdisciplinary, and plurilingual education. We invite research, classroom practices, project experiences, and teacher education initiatives that demonstrate how CLIL fosters critical thinking, collaboration, active citizenship, and future-ready competences. Of particular interest are school practice-oriented submissions that connect local contexts with global perspectives.
We look forward to welcoming educators, researchers, teacher educators, and school leaders who are committed to advancing CLIL as a pathway for addressing global issues through local action.
Proposals may address, but are not limited to the following topics related to CLIL:
Sustainability and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD)
New technologies, digital innovation, and artificial intelligence
Migration, plurilingualism, interculturality, and inclusion
Education for the future: developing global competence and 21st-century skills
Project-based, inquiry-based, and interdisciplinary approaches
